Senior Recruiter / Talent Lead Los Angeles | On-site | Defence TechInnoForge is partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing Defence Tech startup in Los Angeles that is going through a significant period of growth.They’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Lead who can come in and take ownership of hiring across the business. There’s already plenty of candidate interest, They need someone who can bring structure to the recruitment process, manage hiring managers and keep multiple hires moving at pace.ResponsibilitiesOwn recruitment across Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Operations and LeadershipPartner directly with hiring managers to define what they actually needManage candidates from application through interview and offerHandle a high volume of inbound applications and referralsBuild and improve interview and recruitment processesKeep hiring managers accountable for feedback and decisionsExperienceYou'll likely have 5+ years of in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience and be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up.Experience within Defence, Space, Aerospace, Robotics or DeepTech would be particularly relevant.More importantly, you'll be hands-on, organised and confident enough to take ownership without needing lots of direction.The title is flexible depending on experience. This could suit someone operating anywhere from Senior Recruiter through to Head of Talent level who still enjoys being close to the hiring.Based on-site in the LA area.Interested?
