Despite its rapid growth, the team remains lean with around 65 employees, including 12 full-time engineers.The company is backed by prominent investors including Ribbit Capital, Khosla Ventures, NEA, and Y Combinator.About the roleAs the Lead Technical Writer, you'll be the voice of the engineering team, transforming complex engineering achievements into engaging content. You'll work closely with engineers to craft blog posts, technical deep dives, and social media content that highlight the team's innovative work.What You’ll DoManage the engineering blog, producing approximately 10 posts per month on topics ranging from crypto infrastructure to agentic payments.Develop and manage social media content on platforms like X/Twitter and LinkedIn to enhance the company's engineering brand.Collaborate daily with the engineering team to identify and develop stories worth telling.Transform engineers' ideas into polished, compelling pieces that resonate with a Gen Z-native tone.Why This Role Is CompellingJoin a fast-growing fintech with significant market traction and a high valuation.Play a key role in shaping the public perception of a highly efficient and innovative engineering team.Work in a dynamic environment with the autonomy to drive content strategy and execution.The Ideal Candidate3-5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on engineering content.Proficient in blog publishing, social media management, and tools like Markdown and CMS.Able to write in a tone that resonates with a young, tech-savvy audience.Next steps1.
