One of five therapy managers/team leads reporting into the site's senior leadership structure.About the CompanyOur client is a well-established private hospital group operating a large, CQC-rated "Good" mental health and rehabilitation hospital in South West London. The site comprises separate adult and adolescent inpatient wards alongside outpatient and day-care programmes, treating a broad range of presentations including mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance and behavioural addictions.ResponsibilitiesDriving pathway development and growth in referrals and engagement across CAMHS and Eating DisordersOverseeing governance, safeguarding and quality standards across the serviceWorking across both inpatient and outpatient settings within the wider multidisciplinary teamQualificationsHCPC registration and/or BACP/BABCP/UKCP accreditationRequired SkillsSignificant experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teamsPreferred SkillsNot specifiedPay range and compensation packageSalary: £58,950
