This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield Shared Services environment and play a key role in shaping its future.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Lead-to-Cash Manager to join the newly established Shared Services organization and lead the end-to-end delivery of Lead-to-Cash operations.As an L2C Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Lead-to-Cash shared services like credit management, manual billing, cash application, cash collection, and other L2C activities. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction, while leading teams to standardize and optimize processes and deliver high-quality services.You’ll be in charge ofSupporting BSC ramp-up, service stabilization, and operating model implementation;Leading day-to-day L2C service delivery and operational performance;Ensuring achievement of SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets;Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting and credit policies, and regulatory requirements;Monitoring operational risks and ensuring business continuity within the L2C tower;Identifying and driving L2C process standardization, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with relevant stakeholders;Supporting transitions, process migrations, and transformation programs as required;Managing senior stakeholder relationships and acting as an escalation point for complex matters;Establishing and leading performance reviews, and stakeholder committees;Coaching team leaders and building a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the L2C organization.What we’re looking forExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Lead-to-Cash, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or related leadership roles.Minimum 4 years of people management experience within a Shared Services or Business Services environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience working in complex, international, multi-country environments.Technical & Functional ExpertiseStrong know-how in L2C processes (credit management, manual billing, cash application, cash collection, and others);Understanding of financial statement impacts and operational cost drivers;Experience with tools like Microsoft, ERPs (preferred Oracle), other L2C tools;Practical familiarity with AI tools and concepts, with the ability to apply them effectively to improve tasks and decision-making within the role;Experience with internal control concepts, execution, and audits;Process transformation and change management;Fluent spoken and written English.
