Lead User Interface

Job RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced UI Lead to lead a team of UI Developers and oversee the technical implementation of high-quality, responsive, and accessible web projects. The role requires strong hands-on front-end expertise combined with technical leadership, code quality ownership, and effective collaboration with UI/UX and development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to UI Developers.Own the technical quality and consistency of UI development across projects.Translate approved Figma and AI-generated designs into accurate, production-ready interfaces.Review UI implementation to ensure consistency with approved designs and UX requirements.Conduct code reviews and establish UI development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.Build and promote reusable UI components and scalable front-end solutions.Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible, performant, and cross-browser compatible.Support development and UI integration across Angular, Sitecore, and ASP.NET MVC projects.Identify and resolve complex UI, responsive, accessibility, and integration issues.Collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend developers, QA, and project teams.Support task estimation, sprint planning, workload distribution, and delivery tracking.Use and review AI-assisted development tools and generated code, ensuring maintainability and production quality.Technical Requirements6+ years of UI/Front-End development experience, with previous technical leadership or team leadership experience.Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Strong hands-on experience with Angular and component-based development.Experience working with Sitecore and ASP.NET MVC projects.Strong knowledge of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.Experience translating Figma designs and AI-generated prototypes into production-ready interfaces.Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and accessible development practices.Experience developing and maintaining reusable components and Design Systems.Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and front-end development workflows.Experience developing and supporting Arabic/English interfaces with RTL/LTR layouts.Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.Preferred: Experience with enterprise or government websites, web performance optimization, Agile development environments, and AI-assisted UI development.
