Our team produces international events, product launches, campaigns, and content for a global audience.We’re looking for a videographer who can own a project from the first idea to the final export—and capture important moments while they’re happening.The roleYou will lead the creation of video content for our brand, executives, products, and live events. One week you may be planning a launch video in Dubai; the next, you may be filming a conference in Europe and delivering social clips while the event is still underway.This is a hands-on role. You should be equally comfortable shaping a concept, setting up a shoot, directing someone on camera, capturing strong footage, and editing a finished piece. You will work with our marketing and creative teams, but you must be able to take responsibility for your own deadlines and deliverables.We care about storytelling, sound, lighting, pace, and polish. We also care about reliability: files are organized, footage is backed up, deadlines are communicated early, and agreed content gets delivered.What you’ll ownPlan, film, and edit videos for product launches, campaigns, social media, executive communications, podcasts, and international events.Turn event footage into timely short-form content, recaps, and longer videos.Develop concepts, shot lists, interview questions, and production plans with the marketing team.Film confidently in changing event conditions, including crowded venues, tight schedules, and limited opportunities for retakes.Direct presenters, executives, guests, and other on-camera talent so they look and sound their best.Manage camera, audio, and lighting setups, as well as footage backup, file organization, and project handover.Prepare content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Support livestream production when required, working with internal teams and external technical partners.Review content performance and use what you learn to improve future videos.Communicate progress clearly, flag problems early, and follow through on commitments.What we’re looking forAt least two years of professional videography and editing experience, including substantial experience filming live events.A portfolio that shows work you personally filmed and edited, including event coverage and social content.Strong storytelling skills: you know how to find the moment, build a clear narrative, and make people want to keep watching.Confidence with professional cameras, audio, lighting, and editing workflows.Proficiency in at least one professional editing platform, such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Motion graphics, After Effects, CapCut, and AI-assisted workflows are valuable additions.The ability to work independently on location and collaborate with a wider creative team.Strong organization, sound judgment under pressure, and a record of delivering on time.Fluent English and the ability to communicate professionally with executives, partners, attendees, and colleagues.Availability for frequent international travel and the ability to meet the travel requirements of scheduled shoots.
