Impact.About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Lead Volunteers to join Tap To Smile and take ownership of volunteer engagement, events, projects and community initiatives.This is an opportunity for individuals who want to develop leadership, project management, communication and teamwork skills while contributing to meaningful social impact.📍 Location: Pune , Mumbai & Hyderabad 💼 Work Mode: On-site / Online🤝 Role Type: Unpaid Volunteer RoleKey Responsibilities* Lead and support volunteer onboarding and engagement* Take ownership of planning and executing events, projects and social initiatives* Coordinate with volunteers, project teams and external stakeholders* Manage event logistics, resources, communications and follow-ups* Coordinate and support online/virtual events and activities* Ensure smooth execution of initiatives and track outcomes/impact* Motivate and guide volunteers and build an engaged volunteer community* Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand the impact of initiatives* Represent Tap To Smile professionally during events and external interactions* Share regular updates, feedback and activity reports with the core team* Collaborate with the leadership and project teams on new initiativesWhat You Will Gain* Leadership & Team Management Experience* Project & Event Management Skills* Communication and stakeholder management experience* Networking and mentorship opportunities* Hands-on experience in the social impact/nonprofit sector* Certificate and recognition for contributions* Opportunity to take greater ownership and grow within the Tap To Smile volunteer leadership team* Most importantly, the opportunity to create real impact and real changeQualifications & Who We’re Looking For* Passionate about social impact, volunteering and community development* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership* Ability to coordinate and work effectively with a team* Good organizational and time-management skills* Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, email and online collaboration tools* Prior volunteering, event management, community work or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory* Students, working professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals from diverse backgrounds are welcome to apply* No specific educational qualification is required
