Location: AUHProject: Oil&GasWe are looking for an experienced Lead Welding Engineer to lead welding engineering activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all welding engineering activities in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures, applicable codes, and standards.- Develop, review, and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and related welding documentation.- Ensure welding activities comply with applicable standards, such as ASME, API, AWS, and relevant project requirements.- Coordinate welding activities for pipelines, piping systems, pressure vessels, structural steel, and other project facilities, as applicable.- Review material specifications, welding consumables, base materials, filler metals, and material traceability requirements.- Supervise the qualification, certification, and performance monitoring of welders and welding operators.
