CAP Group continues to grow its portfolio while promoting culinary experiences, cultural exchange, and tourism in East Java.Role Description The Leader Floor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations in CAP Group outlets. This role includes supervising floor staff, coordinating table assignments, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. The Leader Floor monitors customer satisfaction, responds to guest feedback or issues, and supports staff in delivering consistent, high-quality service. This position also involves coordinating with kitchen and management teams, managing shift schedules, and assisting with training and performance guidance for team members.Qualifications Strong leadership and team supervision abilities, with experience coordinating front-of-house staff in restaurants or similar hospitality environments.Customer service and communication skills to manage guest interactions, handle feedback professionally, and maintain a positive atmosphere.Operational and organizational skills to oversee daily floor activities, manage workflows, and support efficient service during peak hours.Basic administrative and reporting capabilities, including shift planning, attendance monitoring, and coordination with management.Experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry, preferably in casual or fine-dining settings; prior leadership experience is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or higher education in hospitality or related fields is beneficial.Professional, reliable, and service-minded attitude, with a commitment to maintaining CAP Group’s standards and values.
