The Leadership Development Manager will design, implement, and manage leadership development programs that align with organizational goals and support the growth of current and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training plans and learning journeys, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and measuring program effectiveness. The role involves partnering with business leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, curate relevant learning content, and ensure consistent leadership standards across teams. The Leadership Development Manager will also maintain training records, manage program logistics, coordinate with external vendors where needed, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.Candidates should possess Training and Training & Development skills, with experience in designing and delivering engaging learning interventions.Candidates should possess Leadership Development expertise, including succession planning, competency frameworks, and leadership pipeline building.Candidates should possess Coaching skills, with the ability to provide structured feedback and support behavioral and performance improvement.Relevant experience in L&D or HR, preferably within insurance or financial services, is beneficial.Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.Proficiency in using digital learning tools, MS Office, and data analysis for training metrics and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in L&D or coaching is an advantage.
