These are key strategic roles where you will step into a robust platform with a strong existing pipeline, take charge of end-to-end deal execution, and lead a high-performing team of bankers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the core Deal Captain / Head of IPO to drive the firm’s Corporate Finance execution in Hong Kong.Take statutory responsibility as the Signing Principal to oversee the end-to-end execution of IPOs, financial advisory, and M&A transactions.Manage, mentor, and expand a high-caliber execution team.Liaise directly with regulatory bodies (HKEX, SFC) and ensure full compliance with the Listing Rules.Work closely with the origination team and mainland counterparts to drive cross-border deal flow.Who We Are Looking For:10 - 15+ years of solid Corporate Finance / IBD experience with a proven track record of completed HK IPOs.Active SFC Type 6 Sponsor Principal status is highly preferred.
