Job Title: Executive – LegalJob SummaryThe Senior Executive - Legal will support the organization’s legal, privacy, and compliance functions across the Middle East and Africa region.

The role involves handling commercial legal matters, supporting privacy and data protection initiatives, and assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to the business.Key Responsibilities1. Legal & Contract ManagementDraft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, marketing agreements, and distributor arrangements.Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams on routine contractual and operational matters.Identify legal and contractual risks and highlight issues requiring attention.Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters, as required.2. Privacy & Data ProtectionSupport implementation of data protection and privacy requirements across the MEA region, including PDPL and other applicable regulations.Support privacy impact assessments, maintenance of personal data (PII) inventories and records of processing activities, and incident response processes.Assist in maintaining privacy-related documentation such as privacy notices, data processing agreements, and internal guidelines.Work with internal stakeholders to support privacy compliance initiatives.3. Compliance & RegulatorySupport implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, internal policies, and controls.Assist with compliance initiatives relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, code of conduct, competition law, and regulatory compliance.Monitor and summarize regulatory developments affecting the business across the Middle East and Africa.Support compliance training and awareness initiatives for internal stakeholders.Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory interactions, as required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.3-6 years of relevant legal experience, primarily in commercial and corporate legal matters.Exposure to privacy and/or compliance matters is preferred.Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations in the Middle East and Africa is an advantage.
