Guided by an Ikigai-inspired competency philosophy, ALC supports clients across diverse industries, including textile and footwear, plastics and packaging, healthcare devices, and wood manufacturing.Role Description The Lean Six Sigma Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves assessing client operations, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The consultant will design and implement improvement projects, facilitate workshops, coach client teams, and track performance metrics to ensure sustainable operational excellence. Daily responsibilities include preparing project documentation, analyzing data, presenting findings and recommendations, and collaborating closely with client stakeholders to embed continuous improvement practices. The consultant will also contribute to internal knowledge development, support the refinement of ALC’s methodologies, and help grow long-term client relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence to analyze workflows and drive measurable improvements.Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills to understand production environments and align improvements with business objectives.Candidates should possess proven Consulting skills to manage client engagements, communicate insights, and deliver tailored solutions.Candidates should possess effective Coaching skills to mentor client teams, facilitate workshops, and support capability building.communication is definitively your strengthLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) or equivalent continuous improvement qualification is highly beneficial.Experience working with manufacturing or related industries, ideally in textiles, footwear, plastics, packaging, healthcare devices, or wood, is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and KPIs for operational performance.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese language skills are highly beneficial.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and travel to client sites as needed.You have at least 6 years of experience in CI, manufacturing, IE or Supply Chain
