The Group is evolving from a founder-led technology business into a scalable multi-business African technology group, with clearer P&L ownership, stronger governance, disciplined execution, deeper leadership capacity and a platform-led approach to growth.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Crown Interactive Academy is both a capability-building function and a scaling mechanism for the Group. It supports customer adoption, develops certified implementation capacity and creates structured learning pathways around 1Gov, CuBOSS and CICOD.The Director is expected to build the Academy as a commercially disciplined platform rather than an internal training department, with strong quality assurance, measurable post-training outcomes and a growing ecosystem of certified professionals and partners.ROLE MANDATECreate a trusted African technology capability and certification platform that accelerates adoption, expands implementation capacity and generates sustainable training revenue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Academy Strategy & Commercial ModelDefine Academy portfolio, pricing, revenue model and annual operating plan.Build programmes aligned to business growth and customer adoption.Develop institutional and partner relationships for scale.2. Curriculum & CertificationCreate role-based curricula, assessments and certification standards.Maintain version control as products evolve.Protect certification integrity through quality assurance and recertification.3. Delivery & Learner ExperiencePlan cohorts, instructors, learning platforms and logistics.Measure completion, pass rates, satisfaction and learning outcomes.Ensure consistent delivery across countries and programmes.4. Adoption & Implementation CapacityMeasure whether training improves product adoption and implementation quality.Build pools of certified implementers, administrators and support personnel.Work with Business Leaders to forecast capability demand.5.
