Rather than focusing only on theory, BossMode aims to help young learners understand how ideas are developed, tested, presented, and turned into real-world opportunities.Our goal is to create engaging learning experiences that encourage children and teenagers to think independently, communicate confidently, solve problems creatively, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset that can benefit them in school, future studies, and everyday life.Role DescriptionThe Learning & Content Executive will play a key role in developing and improving BossMode’s entrepreneurship curriculum for children and teenagers.The role will involve reviewing and enhancing existing educational content, adapting materials for different age groups and learning levels, and transforming business and entrepreneurship concepts into engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.Key responsibilities include developing lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, activity guides, games, challenges, projects, case studies, and role-play exercises. The successful candidate will also help ensure that learning materials are practical, structured, creative, and aligned with the objectives of each programme.The role will additionally support BossMode’s digital and social media content, including educational posts, programme-related content, and general brand communication.Qualifications* Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.* Strong computer skills and confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and similar platforms.* Comfortable learning and using new software, digital platforms, and productivity tools.* Strong writing and communication skills.* Ability to simplify business and entrepreneurship concepts for children and teenagers.* Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, activity-based learning experiences.* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.* Background in Education, Business, Entrepreneurship, Instructional Design, Marketing, Content Development, or a related field is preferred.* Experience in curriculum development, educational content, youth programmes, or children’s learning is an advantage.* Interest in entrepreneurship, education, innovation, and youth development.
