Learning & Content ExecutiveCompany: BossmodeLocation: UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: ASAPAbout BossmodeBossmode is building the next generation of young entrepreneurs and leaders through practical, engaging, and future-focused education.We create learning experiences that help children and teenagers develop entrepreneurial thinking, business skills, creativity, leadership, confidence, and real-world problem-solving abilities.We are looking for a creative, organised, and passionate Learning & Content Executive to join our team and contribute to both our educational programs and digital presence.About the RoleThe Learning & Content Executive will be responsible for developing and improving entrepreneurship-focused learning content for children and teenagers aged 8–18, while also supporting our social media and digital content activities.This is a hands-on role combining curriculum development, educational content, creative thinking, and digital content management.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, develop, and improve our entrepreneurship curriculum for children and teenagers aged 8–18.Design engaging learning experiences including activities, games, challenges, projects, case studies, and role-play exercises.Adapt learning materials for different age groups and learning levels.Create lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, trainer guides, and educational resources.Ensure learning content is practical, engaging, age-appropriate, and focused on real-world outcomes.Develop and manage social media content and content calendars.Create engaging digital content to support brand awareness, community engagement, and program promotion.Research new education trends, digital tools, AI tools, and learning technologies.Work closely with the team to continuously improve our programs and learning experiences.Support the development of new educational initiatives, workshops, and activities.Mandatory RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Arabic speaking is mandatory for this position.Strong communication and content-writing skills.Confident with digital tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and other content-creation tools.Comfortable using and learning AI tools and emerging technologies.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and working with children and teenagers.Creative mindset with the ability to turn business concepts into simple, engaging learning experiences.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:Curriculum or educational content developmentTeaching, training, or youth programsEntrepreneurship or business educationSocial media or content managementCanva and presentation designEducational technologyAI-powered content and productivity toolsWorking with children or teenagersWho You AreYou don't necessarily need to be a traditional teacher.We are looking for someone who can combine education, creativity, business thinking, and digital content.
