Learning & Development Lead

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Learning & Development leader to drive capability building across a large, diversified retail and FMCG ecosystem with a strong international presence. This role will focus on strengthening frontline and field capabilities, designing scalable learning frameworks, and driving impactful training programs across multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goalsDesign and implement field and frontline training programs across retail/store operationsBuild scalable learning journeys, academies, and capability frameworksDrive learning design and content development (classroom, digital, blended formats)Manage end-to-end program execution across multiple regions and countriesPartner with business and operations teams to improve store performance and productivityTrack and measure training effectiveness through KPIs and learning analyticsLead and mentor the L&D team while ensuring high-quality deliveryIdeal Candidate Profile:12+ years of experience in Learning & Development / TrainingStrong exposure to retail, FMCG, QSR, or hospitality environmentsProven expertise in field training and frontline capability building• Experience in learning design, instructional design, and program managementAbility to manage large-scale, multi-location training initiativesComfortable working in fast-paced, emerging market environmentsWillingness to travel internationally regularlyKey Skills:Learning Strategy & Capability BuildingField Training & Frontline DevelopmentInstructional Design & Content DevelopmentProgram & Stakeholder ManagementPerformance Improvement & Analytics
