Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to be responsible for all day-to-day training functions of the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a very strong understanding of developing and implementing training programs along with development strategies for the company.The Learning and Development Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of these programs, including scheduling classes, selecting instructors, and ensuring that all participants receive the necessary materials and information prior to each session.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and implementing training programs that help their organization’s employees succeed on the jobDeveloping and implementing training plans, including creating curriculum, selecting instructors, and setting budgetsReviewing course evaluations to assess which topics are most relevant to employee needs or which instructors are most effective in delivering instructionEvaluating training programs to ensure they comply with legal requirements and industry standardsConsulting with senior management to determine strategic goals for training programsConducting research on new training methodologies and technologies to determine their potential applications in the workplaceDesigning training programs that meet specific company goals while also improving employee performanceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business administration or psychology.8+ years of consultative professional training management experience in consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional servicesExcellent communication skills for communicating with employees, managers, and other stakeholdersShould possess good understanding of budgeting and strategic planningOutstanding time management skills to manage multiple projects at once.Workday ecosystem experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
