Responsibilities may include developing learning strategies, managing training programs, coordinating workshops and professional development sessions, creating learning materials, monitoring participation, and analyzing training outcomes. The Learning & Development Manager will collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives and evolving business needs. The role also involves supporting talent development, strengthening internal capabilities, promoting continuous learning, and maintaining structured learning frameworks and resources.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and employee development.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to assess learning needs and translate them into practical development programs.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and performance metrics.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Creative, adaptable, and capable of developing engaging learning solutions.Strategic, people-oriented, and committed to fostering continuous learning and organizational growth.
