Learning & Development MANAGER

Role Description We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance. The role involves assessing learning needs, developing training strategies and programs, managing learning content, coordinating workshops and development activities, evaluating training effectiveness, and partnering with leaders to support talent development.
