Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design and implement learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, performance, engagement, and organizational growth. The role involves assessing development needs, developing learning strategies, managing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. The Learning & Development Manager will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, create relevant development pathways, coordinate internal and external learning resources, and promote a strong culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with a practical understanding of adult learning, talent development, and performance improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, talent development, and employee engagement.Ability to assess training needs and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.Strong project management and program coordination skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to design training materials, learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and training evaluation methods.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.Highly organized, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
