Learning & Development MANAGER

Role DescriptionThe Learning & Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance. The role involves identifying development needs, creating learning programs, managing training initiatives, and evaluating their effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing annual learning plans, coordinating internal and external training, designing leadership and professional development programs, supporting onboarding and career development, and using learning data to measure impact. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and build a strong culture of continuous learning and development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.Experience with training needs analysis, learning program development, and performance evaluation.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.Strong project management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to design engaging learning experiences for different audiences and learning needs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Strong understanding of employee development, leadership development, and career progression.Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
