The role involves identifying learning needs, developing training strategies, coordinating development programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will work closely with business leaders and internal teams to understand capability gaps, create relevant learning solutions, and support career development and talent growth. The role also includes managing learning resources, tracking program outcomes, and promoting a continuous learning culture across the organization. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational and facilitation skills, a genuine interest in people development, and the ability to connect learning initiatives with business objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, talent development, and employee engagement.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.Ability to identify learning needs and translate business requirements into effective development solutions.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and training evaluation methods is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess learning outcomes and effectiveness.Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
