Apply & track with Apply EdgeRegal Hotels InternationalRole OverviewRegal Hotels International is looking for a passionate, creative and influential Learning & Development Manager to shape the way our people learn, grow and deliver exceptional hospitality.This role is ideal for an L&D professional who believes training is more than a classroom activity — it is a powerful driver of culture, service excellence, leadership capability and business performance. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full learning cycle, from training needs analysis and programme design to facilitation, evaluation and continuous improvement.Working closely with corporate and property teams, the Learning & Development Manager will lead key learning initiatives across orientation, service culture, leadership development, talent development, Management Trainee and HiPo programmes, succession planning and specialist learning topics, including emerging capabilities such as AI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end learning and development agenda across Regal Hotels International, including training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and continuous enhancement.Develop innovative and practical training solutions that are creative, inspiring and relevant to hotel operations, using a variety of learning formats including workshops, coaching, blended learning, digital tools and experiential activities.Support and develop property-level trainers, providing guidance, coaching, tools and resources to ensure quality training delivery and effective knowledge transfer at hotel level.Manage talent development initiatives, including High Potential programmes, Management Trainee programmes, individual development plans and career development activities.Support succession planning and talent reviews by partnering with HR and business leaders to identify development needs, build talent pipelines and prepare future leaders for critical roles.Introduce future-focused learning topics, including AI, digital skills, innovation, productivity and other emerging capabilities that help colleagues adapt and grow in a changing hospitality landscape.Measure training effectiveness and learning impact through feedback, assessments, performance indicators and stakeholder input, using insights to continuously improve programmes and demonstrate business value.Job RequirementsDegree holder in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, Business Administration or a related discipline.Proven ability to design, develop and deliver high-impact training programmes across different audiences, from frontline colleagues to supervisors and leaders.Outstanding presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and inspire participants at all levels.Self-driven, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and move initiatives forward with energy and discipline.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and property-level stakeholders effectively.Experience in leadership development, HiPo programmes, Management Trainee programmes or succession planning is highly preferred.Digitally curious and future-oriented, with an interest in AI, learning technologies, blended learning and new ways of building capability in a fast-changing environment.
