We work closely with employees, trainers, and business stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences, coordinate training programmes, and support the development of talent across the organisation.Your RoleAs a Learning and Development Officer, you willSchedule training programmes and sending session invites to employees and trainersOrganise venue booking, materials preparation, and equipment set-up for training sessionsCoordinate logistics for induction, compliance, and soft skills programmesMaintain up-to-date training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)Capture attendance data, scan and archive participation sheets, and manage training certificatesAssist in preparing basic training reports, summaries, and monthly dashboardsEnsure training materials are printed and delivered ahead of sessionsDistribute feedback forms, collect evaluations, and compile responsesProvide on-site support during training days (registration, attendance, materials distribution)Respond to employee queries related to training schedules, enrolment, and completionsAssist Specialists and Business Partners in setting up new courses or updating LMS recordsApply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.Apply the Company's frameworks to guide role expectations, levels of responsibility, skills, development, and progressionUndertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the businessWhat We’re Looking ForSkills and CompetenciesBasic proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient in MS Office and LMS platformsIntroductory familiarity with instructional design and content creation tools such as Canva, Synthesia, Easygenerator, CapCut and Adobe Captivate, with a willingness to learn new tools that support individuals to design and develop contentStrong file organisation and data entry skillsAttention to detail in scheduling and documentationCertification in L&D administration or LMS useQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's degree in People & Culture, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent demonstrated experienceCertification in L&D administration or LMS use is an advantage2–4 years in administrative support roles within HR, L&D, or training functionsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to help employees learn, grow, and succeed?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Holdings and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Please note we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as this advert may close once we’ve found the right candidate.
