We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Advisor - Saudi to join our growing team in Riyadh, KSA.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support Learning & Development programs across the organization.Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to identify learning needs and development priorities.Assist in the implementation of global learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building projects.Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.Support talent development activities, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Manage relationships with internal and external learning providers.Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Prepare reports, presentations, and insights on learning metrics and development outcomes.Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global L&D strategies and frameworks.QualificationsSaudi (mandatory).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field within a global, matrixed organization, with exposure to cross-functional and international stakeholder collaboration.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Experience working within a matrixed and multinational organization is preferred.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Key CompetenciesCommunication & InfluencingStakeholder ManagementCollaboration & TeamworkLearning Program CoordinationProject ManagementProblem SolvingOrganizational AgilityEmployee DevelopmentAttention to Detail
