Learning and Development Coordinator, APAC Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Learning & Development Coordinator within its regional People team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international organisation and play a meaningful role in shaping learning and development initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the L&D Head, you will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will help develop engaging learning experiences, manage training programmes, and contribute to the overall talent development strategy. There will also be opportunities to facilitate selected workshops and support broader organisational development initiatives.In addition, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes across APAC. You will be involved in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual development initiatives, coordinating core learning curricula, and supporting milestone programmes that enhance employee capability and growth. The position will also include facilitation opportunities, management of programme logistics and budgets, oversight of vendor relationships, and administration of learning technologies and systems. You will be responsible for evaluating programme effectiveness, analysing feedback, preparing reports, and developing communications that promote learning initiatives across the region. In addition, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand development needs and support broader talent and organisational development projects.Ideal profileThe ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field within a professional services or complex corporate environment. Prior exposure to programme design, facilitation and delivery would be advantageous, while professional certifications in learning and development are viewed favourably. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, virtual learning platforms and learning management systems is essential.Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for learning and development. Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality are critical, as is the flexibility to work across regional teams and travel when required.
