This is a senior culture-shaping role responsible for driving service excellence, continuous learning, and colleague development across the property. The successful candidate will design and lead learning strategies that build team capability, support leadership effectiveness, and strengthen engagement in alignment with the resort's business objectives.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead all Learning and Development activities, including annual training plans, training needs analysis, budget management, and effectiveness measurementAct as a strategic partner to the HR Director, General Manager, and department heads on talent, engagement, and organizational effectivenessIdentify capability gaps across departments and develop targeted programmes that strengthen performance and support succession planningFacilitate leadership development programmes, team-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness workshopsBuild and develop internal trainers to enhance training delivery across departmentsChampion service excellence and brand standards through regular operational audits and coachingDevelop and implement recognition programmes that encourage engagement and continuous improvementManage the L&D budget and measure return on investment across all programmesMaintain a comprehensive training library of learning resources and digital development toolsWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development, ideally within luxury hospitalityPrevious management experience within a luxury hotel or resort environmentDemonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development and training programmesExperience analyzing performance metrics, guest satisfaction data, and engagement results to drive outcomesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management SystemsStrong collaborative communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced resort environmentBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferredWHAT'S OFFEREDUSD $90,000 - $98,000 per yearHousing allowance of USD $1,200 per monthRelocation package availableMedical insurance with employer contribution; dental, vision, and life insurance covered401(k) with employer matchingPaid time off, paid holidays, and complimentary meals and transportationComplimentary ski pass to Big Sky Resort (winter season) or gym membership reimbursementDiscounted stays at partner luxury properties worldwide
