Learning and Development Manager

Act as a Learning Expert / Learning Partner, with a strong focus on market-facing learning partnership and learning material development for international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly implement, supervise, and control training activities across Vietnam and international markets.Ensure training programs are aligned with local culture and regulations while maintaining the Group’s global standards.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.Design and customize leadership development programs based on business and leadership capability requirements.Directly organize and coordinate learning programs for leadership teams, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentoring.Ensure training quality and outcomes are aligned with the Group’s leadership competency framework.Develop and implement a training effectiveness measurement system, including the Kirkpatrick Model and training ROI KPIs.Collect feedback from learners and senior leaders to continuously improve training programs.Collaborate with HR, Culture Development, and Operations teams across markets to execute training plans effectively.Manage internal trainers/facilitators and external training partners.Contribute to building a strong learning and development culture across the Group.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesProven experience in Training, Learning & Development (L&D) or related fields.Strong ability to design training programs and develop learning materials, with experience delivering both in-person and online training.Experience managing the end-to-end training process, from receiving training requests and identifying requirements to program completion and reporting.Strong training data management and analytical skills.Fluent English, with the ability to think and work effectively in English, comprehend English-language materials, and develop professional documents in English.Experience working in an MNC with 500+ employees or a local company with 1,500+ employees.Additional CompetenciesBasic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.Strong MC/public speaking skills, with experience organizing events, workshops, and seminars.Apply now or send your CV to v.huongbt58@greensm.com to learn more and explore this opportunity!
