Human Development Company delivers specialized therapeutic and rehabilitative programs grounded in the latest global research and best practices.Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that build capabilities across the organization. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves assessing training needs, developing curricula and instructional materials, and managing learning programs that support staff working with people with disabilities. The role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to align learning strategies with organizational goals, overseeing delivery of training sessions and workshops, and monitoring program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. The manager will also support leadership development, ensure consistent use of learning management systems, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Qualifications Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, manage, and track organizational learning programs.Experience in Training and Instructional Design to create effective, accessible, and engaging learning materials and workshops.Strong background in Leadership Development to build managerial and supervisory capabilities across diverse teams.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in L&D is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analyses, set learning objectives, and measure training impact using data and metrics.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.Experience in healthcare, social services, or disability support sectors is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with inclusive education and accessibility standards.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
