Manager, Learning & DevelopmentLuxury Mountain Resort, MontanaAbout the OpportunityAn ultra-luxury mountain resort open year-round is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development. This person leads training, leadership development and service excellence across the property. They work closely with the General Manager, the Executive Committee and HR to build skills, engagement and a strong service culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all learning and development for the resort, including annual training plans, training needs analysis and program deliveryDesign and run programs on leadership, brand standards and service cultureWork with department heads on skill gaps, succession planning and talent developmentBuild and coach a network of department trainersRun service audits and property walkthroughs, and coach teams on standardsMeasure training results using guest satisfaction, engagement and operating resultsManage the L&D budget and report on return on investmentContribute to Executive Committee discussions on service quality and engagementRequirements4+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related fieldManagement experience in luxury hospitality (required)Proven track record designing and running leadership and change programsAble to use guest and colleague data to improve resultsProficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experienceFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidaysComfortable working outdoors at high altitude in all weatherBenefitsCompetitive pay and a full benefits package, including:Medical and dental coverage, plus a 401(k) matchGenerous paid time offSubsidized colleague housingSeasonal ski or fitness passTransportation and meals on shiftTravel discounts
