The company has received multiple industry awards, reflecting its commitment to excellence and delivering a hassle-free real estate experience.Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist – AUH – Arabic Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for assessing training needs across various teams, designing and delivering engaging learning programs in Arabic and English, and managing onboarding and continuous development initiatives. Daily tasks include creating instructional materials, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, coordinating e-learning and blended learning solutions, and maintaining training records and reports. The specialist will partner with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals, support performance improvement through coaching, and ensure that learning activities meet PSI’s standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and recommending enhancements to support the company’s growth and service excellence.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development, including needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation.Candidates should possess Learning Management skills, such as administering learning management systems, tracking participation, and maintaining training documentation.Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including developing curricula, learning materials, and blended learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess Communication and Coaching skills, with the ability to facilitate group sessions, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development.Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in L&D or training are an advantage.Experience in a learning and development role, preferably within real estate, professional services, or a fast-paced commercial environment.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Abu Dhabi.
