Then we have an exciting opportunity for you!As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be part of a small and ambitious team where you’re responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of learning and support materials for our in-house developed project cost management software: Cleopatra Enterprise.What you’ll do:Develop e-learning modules based on the learning needs of our users.Design, write, and produce support materials such as videos, FAQs, and step-by-step guides.Maintain and improve existing learning resources, including manuals.Work closely with colleagues from Technical Support, Software Development, and Marketing to deliver the right content at the right time.Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and streamline ideation.Continuously assess and adapt to evolving user needs to keep learning materials relevant and effective.What you bring:2-4 years of experienceA bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Languages, or Learning & Development.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).A strong affinity with software and digital tools – you’re comfortable exploring and understanding new systems.Experience using tools to create and publish digital learning content.A creative, independent mindset and an eye for improvement.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.We offer:€3.000 - €4.500 based on FT (40 hr) 29,5 holidaysA good pension schemeBonus schemeHybrid workingTravel reimbursementYour role goes beyond writing manuals.
