Hiring: Learning & Development ExecutiveLocation: Head OfficeExperience: 3–5 YearsCTC: 8000 AEDIndustry: Edutainment | Hospitality | Retail | Customer ServiceWe are looking for an energetic and passionate Learning & Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive employee learning initiatives, conduct engaging training programs, coordinate L&D activities, and help build a high-performing customer service culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver onboarding, induction, and refresher training programs.Conduct customer service, safety, and behavioral training sessions.Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and floor observations.Manage training calendars, attendance, certifications, and learning records.Coordinate with department heads to identify and address training needs.Prepare training reports, dashboards, presentations, and SOPs.Support employee engagement activities and compliance audits.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.Experience in Hospitality, Retail, Edutainment, Entertainment, or Customer Service industries.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field.
