Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a high-performance learning culture. Reporting to the Organizational & Performance Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance, and career growth across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across the business.Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, including onboarding, induction, leadership development, and talent development initiatives.Develop engaging learning content through instructor-led, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job training methods.Manage training calendars, vendors, budgets, and learning resources.Measure training effectiveness and provide insights through reports, dashboards, and capability metrics.Support succession planning, performance improvement, and employee development programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, e-learning platforms, and LMS.Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.If you're passionate about developing talent and driving organizational growth through learning, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply now via LinkedIn or submit your CV today.
