This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support client organizations in building leadership capability, strengthening human capital, and improving performance. Day-to-day activities include developing learning content and materials, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and managing learning initiatives across different stakeholder groups. The specialist collaborates with internal consultants and client partners to align learning programs with organizational goals and recognized standards, tracks learning outcomes, and continuously improves programs based on feedback and data.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to plan, deliver, and oversee learning programs.Candidates should possess solid Instructional Design skills to create effective learning content, materials, and blended learning solutions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, support learners, and collaborate with stakeholders.Relevant experience in corporate training, L&D, or human capital development, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; professional L&D or HR certifications are an advantage.Ability to analyze learning needs, use data to measure impact, and adapt programs to diverse audiences and organizational contexts.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.Familiarity with internationally recognized standards, performance management frameworks, or competency models is beneficial.
