Aligned with Vision 2030, we deliver forward-thinking business solutions and consulting services that empower organizations through knowledge and technology.Job PurposeThe Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to ensure effective, high-quality development programs that meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions.Manage relationships with external training vendors and follow up on deliverables.Support the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of training providers.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.Assist in improving learning processes and employee development initiatives.Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates clearly to employees and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, HR, or a similar role.Experience in vendor management and coordinating with training providers is required.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Good English proficiency, written and spoken.
