قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join a growing company based in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. This role will work closely with HR, business leaders and employees to identify development needs and deliver programmes that build capability, improve performance and support the organisation’s wider people strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement learning and development programmes aligned with business and people objectives.Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with HR and business leaders to identify capability and development gaps.Design and coordinate a range of learning initiatives, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills and employee development programmes.Manage the end-to-end delivery of training programmes, from planning and scheduling through to evaluation and follow-up.Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers to source and coordinate appropriate learning solutions.Develop and maintain annual learning and development plans and training calendars.Support the design and implementation of career development and talent development initiatives.Assist with the development of competency frameworks, individual development plans and succession planning activities.Monitor training participation, completion and effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to HR and management.Evaluate training programmes using feedback, assessments and performance data, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants and learning partners.Support the implementation and effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.Maintain accurate training records and ensure learning activities are properly documented.Manage training budgets and ensure programmes are delivered effectively and within agreed costs.Stay up to date with emerging L&D trends, learning technologies and best practices.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or a related discipline.4–7 years of relevant Learning & Development experience, ideally within a medium to large organisation.Strong experience in training needs analysis, programme design, training coordination and evaluation.Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand development requirements.Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.Experience working with external training providers and consultants.Good understanding of talent management, competency development and career development principles.
