About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes that help employees build their skills and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers, employees and business leadersPlan, coordinate and deliver learning and development programmes and initiativesDevelop and maintain training materials, learning resources and development programmesCoordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, logistics and communicationWork with managers to support employee development and career growthQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related fieldProven experience in Learning & Development, training or a similar HR roleExperience in designing, coordinating and delivering training programmesExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantageProfessional HR or L&D certification is preferred
