Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead a strategic workforce capability initiative. This role will focus on assessing organizational skill requirements, developing scalable learning solutions, and supporting workforce readiness across a global operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a forward-looking learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities and evolving workforce needs.Conduct organization-wide skills and capability assessments using performance data, quality metrics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback.Design and deliver learning initiatives that promote employee development, cross-functional expertise, and workforce flexibility.Create structured learning pathways, knowledge assessments, and development frameworks that support employee growth and business objectives.Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions and business functions to understand local requirements and tailor learning solutions accordingly.Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted upskilling and reskilling programs to address current and future business needs.Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously refine programs based on outcomes and feedback.Experience and Skillset:Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.Strong background in training needs analysis, curriculum design, and learning program development.Experience conducting skills-gap assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans.Exposure to workforce planning, employee upskilling, reskilling, or cross-training initiatives.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.Experience working within a global or multi-regional business environment.Experience supporting large operational or service-based organizations.Company InformationIntegreon is a trusted, global provider of award-winning legal and business solutions to leading law firms, corporations and professional services firms.
