Learning and Development Specialist | MinebeaMitsumi (Danao, Cebu)Key Responsibilities:Needs Analysis & Design: Identify skill gaps and build strategic training programs across behavioral, technical, and leadership domains.Delivery & Optimization: Facilitate learning interventions and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine L&D initiatives.Vendor & Budget Control: Liaise with external training partners and manage the L&D budget and expense reporting.Records Governance: Maintain training documentation and LMS records for full operational traceability.

Qualifications
