As part of the Global HR Learning & Development team, you will work with stakeholders across North America, Brazil, Europe, the Middle East, and India to design, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions that help employees grow and succeed. This role combines instructional design, learning program management, learning technology, and collaboration with business stakeholders in a dynamic international environment. Hybrid arrangements in our Sant Cugat del Vallès office.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions.Manage learning initiatives from planning through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Partner with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.Coordinate learning programs, communications, stakeholders, and learning resources across global teams.Maintain learning content and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).Use learner feedback, learning data, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance learning effectiveness and the learner experience.What You'll BringExperience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, talent development, or a related field.Experience designing and delivering learning solutions in a professional environment.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools, including eLearning authoring platforms.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones.Professional fluency in English.Additional languages are welcome.
