We're Hiring: Learning & Development SpecialistAre you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and leveraging technology to drive employee development?We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a dynamic team and take ownership of Learning Management System (LMS) administration, digital learning initiatives, and content development.Key Responsibilities✅ Manage and enhance Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring smooth implementation, administration, and user adoption.✅ Create, organize, and maintain digital learning content, learning paths, and certification programs.✅ Develop engaging training materials, e-learning content, and video-based learning resources.✅ Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.✅ Monitor LMS performance, learner engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.✅ Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and content creation.Requirements✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.✔ 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, HR Technology, or Digital Learning.✔ Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.✔ Experience in content development, instructional design, and video editing.✔ Working knowledge of AI-powered tools for learning, content creation, and productivity.✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.⭐ Candidates with experience in both Technology and Learning & Development will have a distinct advantage.📍 Location: Colombo 15💼 Employment Type: Full-Time🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid📧 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their updated CV to randika@envoyotus.com
