Learning and Development Team Lead | Arabic Speaker

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAECompany: Property Shop Investment (PSI)About the Role:We are looking for a Learning & Development Team Lead to design, implement, and oversee learning programmes across the organization while leading a small L&D team. This role combines hands-on instructional design and facilitation with people leadership, ensuring training initiatives align with business goals and drive measurable performance outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Learning Strategy & Programme DesignConduct organizational Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads to identify capability gapsDesign and implement learning programmes covering onboarding, sales enablement, leadership development, and compliance trainingApply instructional design principles (ADDIE, adult learning theory) to build engaging, outcome-driven training contentDevelop and maintain e-learning content, workshops, and blended learning formatsTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a small L&D team, setting clear goals and building team capabilityManage day-to-day workflow, prioritization, and quality of L&D deliverables across the teamFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the L&D functionDelivery & FacilitationFacilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and leadership/skills training across departmentsPartner with department heads and management to align learning initiatives with business objectivesCoordinate and manage external training vendors and providers where requiredMeasurement & ReportingEvaluate training effectiveness using frameworks such as Kirkpatrick and/or ROI-based modelsBuild and maintain learning analytics dashboards, tracking training impact and completion ratesProvide regular reporting to senior management on L&D initiatives, outcomes, and recommendationsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 1-2 years in a team lead/supervisory capacityStrong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE) and adult learning principlesExperience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, SCORM)Proven track record designing and delivering training programmes that drive measurable business outcomesStrong facilitation, coaching, and people leadership skillsCIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR/L&D certification preferredReal estate or UAE market experience a plusExcellent communication skills; Arabic/English bilingual preferred
