This role helps ensure participants are progressing through the program, receiving meaningful feedback, and engaging with the resources and support needed for successful implementation.Core Responsibilities Learning & Performance SupportSupport participant development by contributing to the review process, reinforcing skill growth, and helping identify opportunities for coaching, improvement, and continued learning.Program EffectivenessHelp maintain the quality and effectiveness of learning tools and evaluation methods by identifying opportunities for refinement, consistency, and stronger performance insights.Engagement & Progress VisibilityMonitor participant engagement and progression within the program, helping surface trends, risks, and opportunities that support accountability and client success.Enablement SupportProvide internal teams with relevant insights, context, and support related to participant progress, engagement, and development needs.Content & Resource DevelopmentContribute to the creation, organization, and ongoing improvement of training resources, learning materials, and program content to support the overall client experience. This includes the development of scorecards and assessment tools that support certification pathways tied to real-life consultation submissions. Assist in the ongoing quality control of AI-generated scorecard outputs — reviewing for accuracy and consistency, gathering feedback on what the scoring is and isn't capturing, and supporting prompt refinements based on observed patterns.
