Apply & track with Apply EdgeSince 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.We are seeking a Learning Coordinator to join our Learning & Development Department to provide administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development function by coordinating training programs, managing learning records, supporting LMS administration, handling learner and vendor communications, and ensuring the timely delivery and reporting of learning initiatives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate and administer Learning & Development programs, including training sessions, workshops, onboarding, and leadership initiatives.Manage training calendars, participant nominations, registrations, attendance, and schedulingCoordinate end-to-end training logistics, including venues, virtual sessions, materials, and learning resources.Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.Provide administrative support during training sessions and ensure a positive learner experience.Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollments, content updates, and completion tracking.Support employees with LMS access, learning assignments, and training-related queriesMaintain accurate learning records, databases, attendance, certificates, and training documentation.Prepare learning reports and dashboards on participation, completion rates, learning hours, and compliance.Coordinate vendor documentation, invoicing support, and stakeholder communications related to learning programs.Prepare learner communications, including invitations, reminders, joining instructions, and post-training follow-ups.Support learning feedback collection, evaluation activities, and the creation of basic learning communications, infographics, and post-learning toolkit.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.2–5 years of experience in learning administration, HR administration, training coordination, or a similar role.Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee learning activities.Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR systeStrong administrative, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Strong attention to detail, record management, reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
