Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of connected technologies. Role & ResponsibilitiesThis role acts as the interface between IICT GmbH's technical development team and its Learning & Development activities, driving the creation of new learning courses and products for IICT GmbH's platforms and portfolio — the link between technical R&D and hands-on platform development. Your tasks include:• Act as subject-matter interface between the software development team and platform/learning design, translating technical R&D activities and use case evaluations into hands-on learning modules and platform design decisions.• Design and develop learning content, lab exercises, and training modules based on technology trials and evaluation results, in cooperation with instructional design and production teams.• Support quality assurance, structured documentation, and technical review of test setups, results, and learning materials.• Contribute know-how on setting up digital platforms for learning and experimentation (an advantage).• Identify suitable certification partners and drive the certification process, in particular AZAV.• Co-develop training courses for German, EU, and international Higher Education, employability-driven lifelong learning, and corporate learning programs.• Act as the German-speaking point of contact, driving processes and coordination with German stakeholders.Qualifications & Requirements• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related technical/pedagogical field.• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or digital learning content creation (e.g., LMS platforms, Articulate Storyline/Rise, LearnWorlds, Canvas).• Interest in, or basic understanding of, IoT, 5G/6G, and emerging technologies.• Experience with certification processes (e.g., AZAV) is a strong plus.• Strong stakeholder collaboration and project coordination skills.• Fluent German (native or C1+) and good English skills.• Self-directed and structured, comfortable working across technical and educational teams.• Valid work permit to take up employment in Germany.What We Offer• A part-time (40–60%) or full-time position, fixed-term contract from 01.10.2026 to 31.10.2027, with a competitive salary aligned with industry standards and candidate experience.• A collaborative, international, research-driven environment spanning technical development and training/learning design.• Access to state-of-the-art hardware, labs, and testbeds, and the opportunity to work with diverse project partners in Germany and internationally.• Flexible working arrangement (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite), attached to our Offenburg office. To apply, please send your CV and a short motivation letter to jobs@ii-ct.comWe are already looking forward to your application!
