Sustainability and community engagement are central to CCR’s philosophy, supporting both environmental protection and long-term local development.Role Description: The Learning, Development & Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lhaviyani (Faadhippolhu) Atoll, responsible for the resorts of Kudadoo & Hurawalhi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and development programs that support service excellence across the resorts. Daily tasks include conducting training needs analyses, developing training content and curricula, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, performing on-job assessments, and maintaining learning and quality records. The manager oversees quality standards, carries out audits and evaluations, and collaborates with department heads to address performance gaps and enhance guest service. The role also involves monitoring compliance with company policies and brand standards, analyzing training and quality metrics, and recommending improvements to operational procedures and service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong background in learning and development, including training design, facilitation, and evaluation.Experience in quality management, auditing processes, and implementing service and operational standards.Experience with Forbes TravelProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach leaders, and manage stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse workforce.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including use of data and metrics to drive decisions.Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or quality management are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Lhaviyani (Faadhippolhu) Atoll, with flexibility to adapt to island living and multi-shift resort operations.Demonstrated commitment to sustainable practices, guest-centric service, and continuous improvement.
