I-TIM’s international environment and industry-focused programs equip graduates with skills needed for success across all areas of the hospitality and tourism sector.Role Description The Learning Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support students’ academic success and professional readiness in hospitality and tourism. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating course materials, coordinating training activities, supporting instructors in adopting effective teaching methods, and monitoring learning outcomes. The Learning Development Officer collaborates with faculty and administrative teams to enhance curriculum quality, integrate industry standards, and ensure a positive learning experience for a diverse student population.QualificationsStrong skills in Training & Development to plan, deliver, and improve learning initiatives.Experience with Learning Management and Training to oversee programs and track learner progress.Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with students, instructors, and staff.Proficiency in Instructional Design to create engaging, learner-centered materials and activities.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.Experience in hospitality or tourism education or industry training is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects.Fluency in Thai; additional language skills are beneficial.
