The self-learning app will be deployed on tablets, in schools where children learn mostly by playing games on a screen with no trained teacher for direct instruction. We emphasize both learning AND fun, and use Urdu deliberately and strategically to help drive English learning. The scale and speed is ambitious so need driven individuals.ResponsibilitiesGenerate learning-aligned content ideas for stories, videos, games, and other educational materials.Develop, refine, and iterate on content using the internal AI-enabled production studio.Review and perform quality assurance on content output from other team members to ensure consistent standards.Monitor student outcomes and key quality metrics to guide iterative content improvements.Conduct periodic field visits to test content directly with students and observe user engagement.Collaborate closely with the engineering team to contribute to the studio's product roadmap and tool enhancements.Manage the production tracker and maintain regular communication with the team to align on goals.Ensure all content maintains linguistic and cultural relevance, specifically balancing Urdu and English strategically to drive learning.Establish and uphold visual style guidelines for all AI-generated assets, including character designs, layouts, and interactive elements.Who this suitsSomeone who writes well and fast for five- to eight-year-olds, and who understands how to transform learning objectives into truly engaging experiences—whether that’s a compelling story, an interactive game, a video, or an immersive activity. You need real English skills (and some Urdu), and a strong sense of local contextYou should already be using AI to write drafts, generate assets via prompts, etc. and be vocal about what workflow you need with the tech team. Useful but not required: phonics or structured literacy, classroom English teaching, assessment design, work in low-resource or out-of-school settings.Likely Candidate Minimum 2 years of experiencePassionate about digital learning experiences (games, video, or books)Experience creating or curating content for childrenStrong visual and creative sensibilityDetail-orientedAble to work at a fast-paced, iterative speed
